Promote fair housing: Ensure that all individuals and families have equal access to housing options and that discriminatory practices are eliminated.

     Expand service area: Expand your agency's reach to serve more individuals and families in need of housing assistance, and explore new ways to deliver services, such as online or mobile resources.
